Does glow however best if held directly under bright light to sort of “charge” in order to get a vibrant glow. Images have a “printer look” and thinner which kind of cheapens it a bit IMO and you can tell it’s a nail strip more so than some of the other designs. Goes well with Less Bitter more Glitter accent shown in pic.
