First try with L&F and now I'm obsessed!
I've been using semi-cured gel wraps for about a year and a half, and I suddenly developed an allergy. I don't know if it's because I used 2 no-name brand sets in a row, or if I was being sloppy and got some of the gel top coat on my skin, but a week or so after an application, I had a bit of the skin on my thumb, and my pinky finger turn red and start to peel. I realized that this is likely a dreaded allergic reaction to the gel. This is seriously tragic! I have at least $1000 worth of gel nail strips in 3 albums, and I love them all. Ugh! Plus, the nail strips are the only success that I've ever had with having beautiful, strong nails that look amazing for two weeks without chipping. When I'm not wearing the strips, my nails are bendy, weak, and break so easily.
I was desperate to find a solution so that I could still enjoy having beautiful, strong nails and no allergic reaction. I looked on message boards and kept seeing people mention Lily & Fox and Colorstreet. Both are safe for people with gel allergies. So I popped on L&F, and quickly added 12 or so designs to my cart. There are so many amazing designs! And the price! I placed the order, but I knew that they would likely take about a week to arrive, and I needed something right away, so I ordered a crazy expensive $18.50 set of Colorstreet from Amazon with one-day shipping. Those nails were awful! The set lasted 3 days before they started chipping and peeling, and they were so thin that they offered no real protection…

These are my absolute FAVORITE set, so far! Appled with a base coat and topped with Sally Hansen hard as nails, they lasted through 9 days of abuse before I removed them for another set.
Again I forgot the immediate after-the-mani pics, so these nails are 4 days old!

Addicted!
This is probably the 10th set I've applied and one of my favourites! Very sparkly and not transparent.
I'm absolutely obsessed with all designs! Easy to apply and remove and don't ruin my nails like shellac used to.
Everyone always compliments my nails!
